LUIS PEREIRO
A true Native to Tampa Bay, Luis Pereiro was born and raised in Tampa, Fl where he spent his youth playing competitive sports and eventually graduating from Gaither HS as he learned the value of hard work. After 2 years of Community College, he felt the need for more of a challenge and an opportunity to explore the world. In 2000, Luis enlisted and served the next 6 years providing Information Technology and Intelligence support to the US Air Force.
Upon his completion of duty, he continued to provide support to the USAF as a military contractor for the next 5 years until he decided it was time to return home in 2011. The next 3 years he spent time providing IT support to Shriners Hospital for Children and even spending 16 months working as an ER Medic at Town & Country Hospital ER. But Luis still was not content, and felt the urge to do more.
At 22 years old, Luis purchased his first investment property and continued to add more through the years, but it did not come easy and made many mistakes. Therefore, because of his own personal real estate struggles and his urge to help others, in 2014, Luis decided to make the leap to become a full time Real Estate Professional and dedicate his time to helping others to ensure they do not make the same mistakes he had to overcome. And to prepare all with realistic expectations may it be purchasing your dream home or your next investment property. He truly believe in putting People before Profit. Being a hybrid agent has allowed Luis to combine his knowledge of the Retail market and the Investor’s market to provide a superb experience for his clients. Through his career, Luis has earned certifications as a First Time Home Buyer instructor, a New Homes Co-Broker, and as a short sale agent.
